Universitas Sriwijaya (Unsri) Palembang memiliki jalur Seleksi Mandiri bagi detikers yang belum diterima melalui jalur Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Tes (SNBT). Besaran uang kuliah tunggal (UKT) jalur mandiri tentu berbeda dengan jalur reguler.

Jalur paling banyak adalah Seleksi Mandiri untuk kelompok dari SLTA masuk ke S1/D4. Berikut besar UKT-nya untuk tiap program studi:
