Iran - Seorang lelaki di Iran dijuluki 'pria terkotor di dunia'. Alasannya karena tak mandi sama sekali selama 60 tahun. Ironisnya dia meninggal tak lama setelah mandi

Berpuluh-puluh tahun Haji ogah mandi gegara takut air dan sabun akan membuatnya sakit. Namun begitu, Haji tidak sakit dan tak pernah ditemukan ada parasit dalam tubuhnya.
