Layar lebar Indonesia pekan ini menampilkan petualangan horor, dalam film Insidious: The Red Door.
Film bergenre horor supranatural ini berfokus pada mengerikan keluarga Lambert. Film ini bercerita tentang kehidupan keluarga Lambert 10 tahun setelah insiden yang terjadi di film seri sebelumnya, Insidious: The Last Key (2018).
Dalton Lambert, anak laki-laki dari Josh Lambert dan Renai Lambert mulai berkuliah di kampus impiannya, Ivy-League University. Dalton berkuliah diantar kedua orang tuanya. Siapa sangka, impiannya berujung pada teror mencekam dari makhluk tak kasat mata.

Suatu hari, teror hantu yang dulu pernah mengganggunya datang kembali. Dalton, dan adiknya Foster Lambert diteror arwah jahat.
Sang ayah pun mencoba mencari tahu penyebab keluarga kembali diusik. Mereka terpaksa memasuki The Red Door, pintu yang menghubungkan dunia manusia dan arwah dengan dibantu Elise Rainier, sang pengusir arwah jahat. Mampukah mereka keluar dari pintu merah?
Film horor ini merupakan seri kelima Insidious. Patrick Wilson tak hanya sebagai pemeran, tapi juga sebagai sutradara. Di film sebelumnya, ia memerankan salah satu tokoh film Insidious dan The Conjuring.
