Daftar Lengkap Pemenang 45th Blue Dragon Film Awards
Gelaran semalam didominasi kemenangan dua film besar sepanjang tahun 2024: 12.12: The Day dan Exhuma. Masing-masing membawa pulang empat piala di beberapa kategori berbeda.
Best Picture tahun ini dianugerahkan kepada 12.12: The Day. Sementara Exhuma dapat piala Best Director untuk Jang Jae Hyun. Kim Go Eun juga menang piala Best Actress sementara Hwang Jung Min bawa pulang piala Best Actor.
Di luar dua film tersebut ada juga I the Executioner yang menang piala Best Supporting Actor buat Jung Hae In. Best Supporting Actress dianugerahkan kepada Lee Sang Hee berkat aktingnya di film My Name is Loh Kiwan.
