So, the storyline of 'ROMANCE : UNTOLD' sounds like you're FINALLY willing to give your all for "you". The idea is still related to 'DARK BLOOD' and 'ORANGE BLOOD' with the theme of paranormal romance-a vampire boy's secretive love. So, could you point out the interesting plot for your upcoming music video (MV)? What should ENGENEs watch closely so the storyline can match with the previous MVs? (Considering ENGENEs always have fun playing with MV's theories)

[SUNOO] Halo detikcom! Terima kasih atas ucapan selamat yang hangat. Kami sangat bersemangat akhirnya bisa merilis Album Studio ke-2 kami ke dunia! Lewat MV 'XO (Only If You Say Yes)', masing-masing member kami mengekspresikan dan menyatakan cinta kami melalui adegan dan alur cerita yang berbeda. [detikcom]: Hello, JUNGWON! We heard you participated as the songwriter for Hundred Broken Hearts. How was your experience? What was the most challenging part during the process? How satisfied are you with the result?

[JUNGWON] Ketua Bang membagikan lagu ini kepada kami dan memberi kami kesempatan untuk mengerjakannya. Aku memutuskan untuk mencobanya, dan aku terkejut dan gembira, topline buatanku dipilih untuk melengkapi lagunya. Aku hanya bersenang-senang dan mencoba memanfaatkan kesempatan ini semaksimal mungkin, jadi aku sangat senang bisa masuk ke dalam kredit lagu. Aku juga bahagia karena member lain menyukai lagunya.

[JUNGWON] Chairman Bang shared this song with us and gave us a chance to work on it. I decided to give it a shot, and to my surprise and delight, my topline was chosen to complete the song. I just had fun and simply tried to make the most out of this opportunity, so I'm thrilled to have made it into the song credits. And I'm glad that the other members also like how the song turned out.

Did you find yourself way more of a perfectionist or any different things about your musical touch for 'Highway 1009'? And for other members, was there any memorable event when you recorded this song with HEESEUNG being the producer?

[HEESEUNG] Aku sangat bersemangat untuk menunjukkan karyaku kepada ENGENE, dimulai dengan 'Highway 1009'. Perjalanan menciptakan lagu ini memiliki tantangan tersendiri, namun aku merasakan kebahagiaan yang luar biasa dalam setiap prosesnya. Aku harap lagu ini memberikan kenyamanan bagi pendengarnya, dan aku sangat menantikan reaksi ENGENE.

[JAKE] Karena tema utama album ini adalah 'cinta', 'Highway 1009' sangat selaras dengan album ini karena menyampaikan rasa cinta kami pada ENGENE. Lagu ini menjadi lebih bermakna karena diciptakan dengan mengingat kembali waktu-waktu yang dihabiskan dan kenangan yang dibuat bersama ENGENE tercinta.

[JAKE] Since the overarching theme of this album is 'love,' "Highway 1009" perfectly aligns with the album as it conveys our love for ENGENEs. The song is even more meaningful because it was created while looking back at the times spent and memories made with our beloved ENGENEs.

[NI-KI] Aku menyarankan kalian untuk mendengarkannya saat larut malam ketika kalian bisa berkonsentrasi penuh pada emosi. Demi pengalaman terbaik, aku sangat menyarankan kalian mendengarkannya sesuai urutan agar kalian bisa sepenuhnya merasuk ke dalam narasi albumnya.

[detikcom]: Your first Indonesian stage appearance was at the Golden Disc Awards (GDA) in 2024, and you'll be returning for the first-ever concert. What was your first impression of ENGENEs Indonesia on GDA, and what do you expect next on the tour? Please give suggestions for the dress code that ENGENEs should wear to your concert!

[SUNOO] Aku ingat cuacanya sangat panas, tapi kami sangat berterima kasih atas respons antusias dari ENGENE kami. Kami menantikan lebih banyak energi dan sorakan di 'FATE PLUS' IN JAKARTA mendatang!

[SUNOO] I remember the weather being scorching hot, but we were so grateful for the enthusiastic responses from our ENGENEs. We look forward to even more energy and cheers at our upcoming 'FATE PLUS' IN JAKARTA!
