The 'ROMANCE : UNTOLD' consists of 9 songs with XO (Only If You Say Yes) as the title track. JVKE, an American singer-songwriter and producer, is behind the song XO (Only If You Say Yes) and collaborated with the boys on the English version.

Lagu fan perdana ENHYPEN ini mengekspresikan rasa terima kasih mereka kepada ENGENE lewat kata "highway" sebagai metafora dari perhalanan mereka ke depan. Sementara "1009" berarti 9 Oktober, hari nama fandom mereka, 'ENGENE', diumumkan.
